Three-Day Intensive and Level I Meisner in Music Teacher Certification

Join us for an in-depth weekend of exploring the freeing, partner-based Meisner Technique as it pertains to teaching solo singers

  • Sat, 6/27 10:00 am - 5:00 pm ET with a one hour lunch break
  • Sun, 6/28 2:00 - 6:00 pm ET 

 📍 Where:

• The intensive will take place virtually on Zoom. 

💡 To Note:

• 🪜 If you qualify for a DEI Scholarship, we encourage you to apply for one here!

• 🗣️ All teachers will both sing and teach as we practice these tools with one another. Though this is incredibly low-stakes (you may sing something as simple as a nursery rhyme), singing participation is highly valuable to understanding the application of the Meisner in Music technique. Teachers will need to have at least a minute-long excerpt of whatever song they feel most comfortable singing.

• 🔋 Level I Certification is not guaranteed. To be eligible, we ask that you be present for all hours of the intensive and fully engaged throughout. This means keeping your camera on most of the time, actively participating in discussions, stepping into both student and teacher roles during practice, and being present with your fellow participants as they learn and grow. Certification is ultimately awarded at our discretion based on your engagement and participation over the three days.

  • Four payments of $220 or one payment of $800, which includes:
    • ✅ Attendance to the immersive three-day online intensive
    • 🎓 Level I Meisner in Music Certification
      After completing the weekend, you’ll receive your Level I Certification, signifying a foundational fluency in the Meisner in Music approach and eligibility to advance to Level II training
